We are looking for a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to support our surgical team by ensuring efficient instrument processing and operatory turnover.

- Aligned with surgical blocks, with potential cross-training for additional administrative or clinical support.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Responsibilities:
- Instrument cleaning, packaging, and autoclave management
- Maintain sterilization logs and regulatory compliance
- Operatory setup and rapid turnover between cases
- Monitor supply levels and assist with inventory
- Support clinical team to maintain optimal patient flow
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dental sterilization experience preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of infection control
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
